We will facilitate you as you examine your inner thoughts, feelings and emotions and provide objective support and guidance to you as you explore your reactions and responses. Through this process you can gain insight and understanding as to what is causing you discomfort, distress or emotional pain and we will work together to uncover ways to help you resolve these issues.

Our therapeutic relationship is built upon mutual trust and respect. While self examination is exploratory, it can also be challenging and sometimes painful.
You should know that you share control over what direction each session is moving.

We protect the privacy and confidentiality of all our clients. We keep all communication about our work together in confidence, and only release information:
- at your request and upon receipt of written permission
- in order to protect you or someone else from physical harm
- where required to by law
